The No Barriers Mountain Campus is one step from wilderness and that’s how we like it! Our camp is an intentionally rustic playground that provides kids with a great balance of structured outdoor activity with enough space to connect and socialize with peers and play in our beautiful mountain setting.
We empower our participants to learn about themselves through a variety of adventure and leadership activities. Students can participate in rock climbing, a high ropes course, a zip line, team building games and activities, and much, much more. Campers also learn a variety of interpersonal skills through the day-to-day interactions with staff, structured play times, chore rotations, and group living with peers in their tents. Our staff continuously celebrates the struggles, triumphs, and accomplishments throughout the day to help our participants break through barriers, gain valuable self-confidence, and have a phenomenal camp experience.

About the Campus
The No Barriers Mountain Campus is a pristine 144-acre playground located near Red feather Lakes, CO. It is a natural paradise and perfect classroom for the experiential learning that takes place in our programs.
Our camp is host to a variety of fun and adventurous activities including:
- A natural Rock Peak for hiking and rock climbing
- Ropes Course
- “Leap of Faith” high ropes element
- Climbing Wall
- 1,000s of acres of surrounding National Forest that we can explore including the magical mountain stream dubbed “Narnia” by our campers
Campers sleep in wooden framed platform tents and bunk beds to insure they get the rest needed for our jam-packed days of adventure. Campers also take turns helping with meal preparation and clean-up in our health-department inspected outdoor kitchen which is a great tool for teaching leadership, communication, and at times conflict resolution. All campers have access to our modern bathroom house and showers (although showers are not a requirement during our 5-day camps).
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, No Barriers receives scholarship donations from compassionate individual and corporate donors. We strongly encourage families in need of financial help to apply for a scholarship. We strive to help all who have a desire to attend our programs, so please don’t be shy in applying!
The scholarship amounts vary depending on the family’s need and the funds available. Please apply online or to request a hard-copy, please contact our office at (970) 484-3633 and we’ll be happy to mail you one.
